It's certainly got apple on it's feet seeing they went ahead and copied the concept of xbox live and created gamescenter for iOS.

It'll be interesting to see how Microsoft spend the estimated $US1 Bilion on marketing this. I don't think they can get traction in an Android/iOS world.
Nokias in the same boat - lets see what they pull out later this week to confirm.
